HanOpera 2024 Summer Courses Policy

Absence
We cannot offer make-up classes for any missed group lesson due to operational reasons. Please inform the teacher if you are absent. Arriving late to class means losing that amount of time for your class, so be on time!

Late pick-up
Late pick-up poses safety risks for children as there is no supervision provided for those who are left behind. Also, late pick-up may cause disruptions to teachers’ schedules and result in high venue fees. We strongly remind parents to pick-up on time. Late pick-up will incur charges, with children required to be collected within ten minutes after the class ends. Exceeding this time frame will incur charges, beginning at $20 for the initial ten minutes. For each additional ten minutes, an extra $20 will be charged. Any duration less than ten minutes will still be charged as ten minutes.

Photography/Video/Media Waiver
I give permission to be photographed and the copyright of all pictures, video and audio belongs to HanOpera.
